A message from CEO Thomas Anderson, Jr., to all Digital Check employees, customers and partners:
As we all know from the ongoing flow of pictures from the impacted areas in Texas, Louisiana, Florida, and Georgia, millions of families and businesses have had their lives changed forever as a result of the ongoing rain and flooding caused by the recent hurricanes.
During the next few months, we will all be touched to a greater or lesser degree by the tragedy – and apart from the human suffering, there will be an enormous financial and business loss as well. All these businesses and their employees will struggle to recover over the next few years, including all of our Digital Check, ST Imaging and NextScan partners and customers. Over the last few days, we have been in contact with many of our partners, assuring them that we will be in support of their recovery efforts.
In an effort to IMMEDIATELY show our support for the emergency services sustaining the families in the flooded areas, I have further decided to PLEDGE – on behalf of our entire company, each employee and our global channel of partners in over 100 countries – to donate to the Red Cross $1 for every scanner sold between now and the end of the 2017.
With this pledge, our company is doing its best to answer the needs of our fellow Americans in this urgent, life-and-death time of need, knowing that they would do the same for us!
