Digital Check recently announced that we are expanding our presence in the Brazilian market as we expand our international remote deposit capture, branch and teller scanner solutions. We launched this effort by exhibiting at the CIAB Febraban 2009 conference in Sao Paulo, Brazil, June 17 -19. Local companies Datacheck and ATP Banking Technology joined Digital Check to demonstrate their check processing and remote deposit capture applications with Digital Check’s scanners at the show.
“This is the first time we have participated in a conference in Brazil, and after Gitex Dubai and CeBIT Hannover, it is an important step in Digital Check’s international expansion,” said John Gainer, executive vice president for Digital Check. “As Brazil moves towards check truncation, we want to actively promote the savings and benefits of branch and remote deposit capture that financial institutions and their small business clients enjoy in the United States and other geographical areas around the world.”
The full range of Digital Check products will be available in the Brazilian and other international markets. These products include the award winning CheXpress® CX30, a bank quality scanner with a low cost for small business users, and the TellerScan® TS230 for teller, branch and remote deposit capture. The TellerScan® TS230 has been recognized around the world as providing the highest quality images, greatest MICR accuracy and reliability, and the lowest cost of ownership.
