Digital Check’s New Product Service Portal
Launching January 27, 2020!

Digital Check recently announced the launch of our new Service Request Portal, which will go live on Monday, January 27. It will use the same platform as our current Web Store, and you can access it at So, what should you do when the site launches?

You have been identified as having a login to Digital Check’s current Service Request Portal. If you also already have a login to Digital Check’s Web Store, you can sign in to our new Service Request Portal with your existing Web Store credentials by using the “Returning Customer” section (shown on the left of the image):

If you do not have Web Store login credentials already, but have logged into Digital Check’s existing Service Request Portal previously, you will receive a separate email with new login credentials between Friday, Jan. 24 and Monday, Jan. 27. You may log in on January 27 using the same “Returning Customer” login above.

If you have neither an account in the existing Service Portal nor in the Web Store, please create a login using the “New Customer” login section shown on the right side of the image above.

Please Note: Both the existing Service Portal and the new portal will be down preparing for the transition between 2:00 p.m. Central Time on Friday, January 24, and 8:00 a.m. Central Time on Monday, January 27.

Once logged in, you will see your information page with a menu allowing you to:

  • Open a Service Request
  • View Open Service Tickets
  • Register a New Serial Number
  • Find Service Program Information

Once you click the menu to open a new service request, you will find a field to enter your serial number. If your serial number is covered by Digital Check’s Advanced Unit Replacement (AUR) program, you will see your information in subsequent fields. Please ensure that the information is correct and follow the intuitive steps to complete your request. For more information, please click here.
