We offer warranty and maintenance programs directly from Digital Check, including Starter Kits for bundled cleaning products to keep your devices scanning their best. With your purchase, you can also extend your warranty or upgrade to an Advanced Unit Replacement (AUR) program through Hardware Advantage from Fiserv.

AUR Coverage

Advanced Unit Replacement is a protection program that provides expanded coverage and immediate replacement in addition to the standard one-year factory warranty.

It can be purchased with 1, 3, or 5-year coverage options. It includes Next-Day* replacement scanner coverage and prepaid return shipping of the malfunctioning scanner or printer.

How do I submit an AUR Request?

To initiate an AUR (Advance Unit Replacement) request, please contact Fiserv – Item Processing Client Services (IPCS) at 800-998-3478 to reach a helpdesk representative specially trained by Digital Check to quickly determine if the issue is hardware or software related.

If it’s determined that a replacement device should be issued, the Fiserv helpdesk representative will provide instructions on how to create an account and submit an AUR request via the Digital Check service portal. (Digital Check will require a brief description of the troubleshooting steps taken to help expedite the approval process).
