EWR (Express Warranty Replacement) on Digital Check Scanners

Digital Check is pleased to offer an Express Warranty Replacement (EWR) program as an additional offering to our standard one year warranty. The EWR program allows you to minimize downtime in the event of maintenance or repair to your TellerScan® scanner. Simply contact your Digital Check qualified helpdesk to verify that it is a scanner related issue. Once it’s confirmed, the request is immediately sent to Digital Check and your replacement scanner will be sent out by the next business day.

There are typically no additional charges or fees associated with this program beyond the original cost for the coverage. Digital Check’s ‘no hassle’ EWR program is one more reason that the TellerScan line of check scanners are your best buy in teller, branch, merchant, and remote deposit capture.
