Extraco Banks Teller Capture Case Study

Extraco Banks, a $1.2 billion dollar bank in Waco, TX employs the mantra of "simple, fast, and fun!" to make the customer experience as pleasurable as possible.  Using the concept of "dialogue stations" rather than traditional teller counters, Extraco has freed their employees to move about the branch with a goal of greeting a customer within three to five seconds of entering the doors to their bank branch.
