Digital Check is based in Northbrook, IL, just outside of Chicago, and has its manufacturing facility in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, just outside of Los Angeles.  Each Digital Check scanner goes through a rigorous 81 point computer controlled quality analysis inspection before leaving our manufacturing facility.

Digital Check scanners utilize our feature-rich DCCScan with Best Read^TM technology to produce the highest quality images and MICR read rates possible.  Best Read Image utilizes adaptive thresholding to intelligently remove background images from the checks to improve CAR/LAR read rates, while retaining the check data.  For difficult to scan documents like money orders, certain business checks, and other items, Digital Check utilizes our Special Documents Handling technology which provides special thresholding settings based upon a particular type of document.  Best Read MICR utilizes three magnetic MICR algorithms and an OCR verify feature to ensure the highest MICR read rates.
