Digital Check recently announced that Associated Bank, a part of Associated Banc-Corp, a diversified bank holding company with total assets of $23 billion, is deploying Digital Check’s new TS240/TTP (teller transaction printer), the banking industry’s first compact, combination teller scanner/printer module in partnership through fulfillment partner, Benchmark Technology Group, with teller software provided by ARGO of Dallas.
Associated Bank will be deploying Digital Check’s TellerScan® TS240/TTP, which incorporates check scanning and thermal transaction printing into one device, occupying 50 percent less counter space than separately arranged teller scanners and receipt printers. The Digital Check TS240/TTP will enable Associated Bank to provide customers with thermally printed receipts that transaction information.
“Many financial institutions are embracing the potential for improved customer service through teller image automation and clutter-free teller stations that are conducive to one-on-one interaction between staff and customers,” said Paul Rupple, Director of Marketing for Digital Check. “Development of the Teller Scan TS240/TTP is Digital Check’s response to the financial industry’s need for teller hardware that provides this functionality.”
Jeff Hempker, Vice President of North American Sales for Digital Check said, “Associated Bank indicated to us that the TS240/TTP would help the bank improve the function of their teller stations by creating more open workspace and the capability of marketing messaging on the receipts would provide an effective way to serve and cross-sell to account holders.”
Associated Bank selected Digital Check’s Teller Scan TS240/TTP and is working with Benchmark Technology Group to deploy the industry’s newest teller transaction printer.
“Benchmark Technology Group’s expertise is often enlisted by forward-thinking financial institutions, such as Associated Bank, to deploy hardware and software that improve efficiency and customer service,” said Rod Higbee, Vice President of Sales for Benchmark Technology Group. “Digital Check’s newly developed TS240/TTP is compact, conserving space at teller lines and providing the caliber of imaged customer receipts typically associated with intelligent deposit ATMs at large banks.” For more information fill out our web contact form.
